Gumby

Interestingly, the '70's retrospect omits Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, AC/DC, Van Halen, and Heart. Guess not many Creem readers voted for them though a list of 15 is a bit short. for best group, album, song for the decade.

In the '75 list Roxy Music seems rated abnormally high, also it's hard to believe the relatively obscure Sparks and The Tubes even made the list.

The groups you mention made the '79 list though with the exception of Deep Purple, there apparently was no love for them among Creem readers.
